Jump in one of the most spectacular landscapes on Earth, Switzerland’s Jungfrau Region: home to the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau mountains. You’ll skydive above Interlaken’s lakes, Lauterbrunnen’s waterfalls, or next to Grindelwald’s iconic peaks.

We jump exclusively from a helicopter, the only way to skydive in Interlaken and the surrounding mountain regions. It’s smoother, more scenic, more relaxed and more stable, and gives access to areas and terrain unreachable by plane, allowing us a precise exit and uninterrupted views.

Scenic Helicopter Flight Included
Every skydive begins with a scenic helicopter flight over the Swiss Alps. Flights departing from Interlaken showcase panoramic views of Lake Thun, Lake Brienz, and the surrounding mountain peaks. From Lauterbrunnen, you’ll fly through the famous valley of waterfalls, past glaciers, ski resorts and endless alpine landscapes before your jump.

Christian started jumping in the military but found out soon that it is a lot more fun to jump with people than heavy, lifeless gear.

Lorenzo Chellini - Tandem Master

Lorenzo is already skydiving since 1998. He is from Italy and speaks Italian, English and a bit of German.

Born in Switzerland, traveling around the planet.

Leon Fleig - Tandem Master

Leon did his first skydive when he was 16 years old and is in love with the sport ever since.

Wirzu has been skydiving since 2015. Born and living in Switzerland.

Jordi Arnold - Tandem Master

Originally from New Zealand, Jordi grew up in a skydiving family, doing her first jump in 2002 at 10 years old, and has been passionate about skydiving ever since.

Hannah Arnell - Tandem Master

Hannah is Swedish and started to Skydive in Canada in 2012. She has skydived in many places across the world and has called Switzerland home since 2015. In her free time she likes to hike, travel and play all type of games.

Dante Wardlaw – Tandem Master

Dante is from Boulder, Colorado and has been enjoying the Swiss Alps for a few years now. His spirit animal is a golden retriever.

Scott Paterson

Originally from Western Australia, Scott started skydiving in 2006 and has followed his passion for human flight around the world.

Now living in Switzerland he is sharing his love for the sky through tandems and mountain flying sports.

Pre Book your Skydive

Pre-book your skydive on our website! This convenient, easy process ensures you have a reservation for your preferred day. Helicopter skydiving is a popular activity in Interlaken, and therefore spaces are limited – we recommend booking at least a few days prior to your preferred jump date to ensure you can reserve your slot. We can’t always accommodate last-minute or walk-in bookings, so pre-book online to avoid disappointment.

In case we need to reschedule due to poor weather, you take absolutely no risk by booking your slot early, as we will work with you to reschedule to a time that suits your plans or offer you a full refund.

Weather and refund policy

The mountain landscape is part of what makes this region so spectacular — but the weather here can also change quickly. If your skydive needs to be rescheduled or cancelled due to weather, our team will work with you to find the best possible solution.

Whenever possible, we recommend booking your skydive for the first days of your trip to allow more flexibility if a reschedule is needed. If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund.

Both of our departure locations are conveniently close to Interlaken, giving you easy access to your skydive or scenic flight experience.

We offer free pickup from selected locations around Interlaken.

For departures in Lauterbrunnen, pickup is available directly from the train station or you can meet us directly at our Lauterbrunnen office.

Dropzones: Where do we Land?

The Interlaken landing area is conveniently close to the centre of town, with useful on-site amenities to make your visit as smooth as possible.

Public transport: From Wilderswil train station, cross the train tracks and walk 7 minutes to our office and dropzone.

Our Lauterbrunnen dropzone is located at the Air Glaciers Lauterbrunnen Heliport. Watch the helicopters take off and welcome the jumpers back to the ground after their skydive.

Located at the bottom of the Grindelwald valley, our Grindelwald dropzone boasts incredible views of the Eiger North Face and the picturesque mountain village.

Why do we use helicopters for skydiving?

In an alpine region, the journey to altitude should be just as spectacular as the jump itself. Helicopters are uniquely suited to the Swiss Alps, able to navigate the narrow valleys, fly alongside steep cliffs, and enter dramatic mountain landscapes and give us access to locations impossible to skydive into by plane – including Interlaken!

That’s why, at Skydive Interlaken, helicopters are a core part of what makes your adventure safe, comfortable, and unique.

By being able to hover, helicopters also take away a lot of the stress and pressure of skydiving from a plane. When it is time to jump, there is no pressure. Take your time, and jump when you are ready.

1. Comfortable Flight

As soon as you enter the helicopter, you feel like a VIP. Only 2 Tandems fit in a single helicopter, so you have enough room to enjoy the whole experience without feeling crowded.

2. Maximum Visibility

Helicopter pilots need to maneuver in tight spaces, so they need full visibility around the helicopter. You will also be able to take advantave of the 360-degree panoramic windows to view the surrounding landscape during your helicopter flight.

3. Safety

Helicopters are much more maneuverable in the air than a planen, and don’t need a long runway for an emergency landing; they can land anywhere.

4. Altitude

You will get maximum height on your skydive, as a helicopter can fly just as high as a skydive from a plane.
